Craso error. La creencia generalizada de que la pasta engorda es s\u00f3lo s\u00edntoma de no conocer con exactitud sus propiedades y nutrientes, que son muchos. La pasta, en este sentido, no s\u00f3lo puede sino que debe formar parte de una dieta saludable.<\/p>\n<p>Como tal, la pasta no engorda puesto que no es grasa, como s\u00ed pueden serlo las salsas o los condimentos que la acompa\u00f1an. La ingesta de 100 gramos de pasta de trigo duro reporta al organismo 350 calor\u00edas, en su gran mayor\u00eda hidratos de carbono que representan casi el 15 % de las necesidades de una persona que desarrolla una actividad f\u00edsica. Por tanto, la pasta es una opci\u00f3n m\u00e1s que plausible a la hora de cuidar la dieta sin riesgo a engordar.<\/p>\n<p>Tambi\u00e9n se compone de prote\u00ednas, minerales, agua y una porci\u00f3n m\u00ednima de grasa. Entre los minerales, contiene los m\u00e1s importantes para una alimentaci\u00f3n equilibrada: calcio, potasio, sodio, hierro, magnesio y f\u00f3sforo. Y es asimismo fuente de vitaminas y oligoelementos.<\/p>\n<p>Su alto porcentaje en gluten (pese a que tambi\u00e9n se puede encontrar sin) hace de la pasta un plato sumamente saciante, lo que supone un atractivo de primer orden cuando se est\u00e1 a dieta. Tambi\u00e9n resulta m\u00e1s que recomendable a la hora de controlar el peso por su contenido en celulosa, ya que \u00e9sta contribuye al buen tr\u00e1nsito intestinal.<\/p>\n<p>No hay nada m\u00e1s revelador para desmontar mitos que recurrir a la comparativa entre platos. Unos 100 gramos de pasta aderezada simplemente con aceite de oliva virgen extra, tomate y una porci\u00f3n m\u00ednima de parmesano rallado reportan poco m\u00e1s de 500 calor\u00edas mientras que unos huevos revueltos con jam\u00f3n o panceta, aceite de oliva y patatas fritas rozan las 1.000 calor\u00edas.<\/p>\n<p>Lo mismo ocurre si se compara un plato de pasta (en caso de dieta, mejor servirla en plato de postre) con una porci\u00f3n de tarta, pastel o dulce en general. El segundo supera con creces la aportaci\u00f3n cal\u00f3rica del primero. Incluso las bebidas azucaradas tienen las de perder frente a un buen plato de pasta, puesto que apenas sacian, incrementan sensiblemente el aporte cal\u00f3rico y no tienen ni una tercera parte de sus nutrientes.<\/p>\n<p>Como siempre que se habla de controlar el peso o de querer bajar de peso, lo fundamental son las proporciones, y atender a las cantidades que se comen de cada plato.
