Sin embargo, vaciar el interior cucharada a cucharada es algo que, en familia y con la ayuda de los m\u00e1s peque\u00f1os, puede convertir en divertida cualquier tarde de lluvia de oto\u00f1o. Aqu\u00ed te contamos <a href=\"http:\/\/borges.es\/community\/como-hacer-una-calabaza-de-halloween\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">c\u00f3mo hacerlo<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>Ahora bien, una vez vac\u00eda, \u00bfc\u00f3mo aprovechamos toda esa estupenda pulpa de calabaza que nos sobra? Baja en calor\u00edas, rica en vitaminas, minerales y carbohidratos de lenta absorci\u00f3n, la calabaza es una hortaliza con alto poder antioxidante y diur\u00e9tico. Saludable y sabrosa, va estupenda con un gran n\u00famero de recetas. Insp\u00edrate en estas ideas:<\/p>\n<h3><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\"><strong>Salsa para pasta<\/strong><\/span><\/h3>\n<p>Una gran alternativa es convertir esa calabaza en el acompa\u00f1amiento de un plato de pasta. Sobre un fondo de Aceite de Oliva Virgen Extra, pochamos un poco de cebolla, incorporamos la calabaza, tapamos y dejamos cocer a fuego lento en su propio jugo. Cuando est\u00e9 bien blanda, a\u00f1adimos nata l\u00edquida para cocinar y removemos hasta que la salsa ligue bien. Condimentar con un poco de nuez moscada, salpimentar e incorporar la pasta cocida.<\/p>\n<h3><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\"><strong>Guarnici\u00f3n para platos de carne<\/strong><\/span><\/h3>\n<p>Ese punto dulce caracter\u00edstico de la calabaza encuentra tambi\u00e9n un buen lugar en compa\u00f1\u00eda de recetas de carne. Desde asados, a platos de caza, cordero o ternera, una guarnici\u00f3n a base de esta hortaliza ser\u00e1 todo un acierto. Por ejemplo, con un sencillo pur\u00e9 que preparamos con una patata, una cucharada de Aceite de Oliva Virgen Extra y sal por cada 500 g de calabaza.<\/p>\n<h3><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\"><strong>Dulce mermelada<\/strong><\/span><\/h3>\n<p>Del salado al dulce \u00bfpor qu\u00e9 no? 1 kg de calabaza, 500 g de az\u00facar y el zumo de un lim\u00f3n. Llevamos a cocci\u00f3n la calabaza con el az\u00facar a fuego medio. A\u00f1adimos el zumo de lim\u00f3n y dejamos cocer durante unos 40 minutos, removiendo constantemente para que no se pegue.
