Dicho esto\u00a0\u00a1a cocinar!<\/p>\n<p><strong>Farfalle con aguacate y salm\u00f3n<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>El aguacate y el salm\u00f3n son productos ricos en \u00e1cidos grasos omega-3, en vitaminas y\u00a0minerales como magnesio, potasio o zinc. Energ\u00eda saludable que en esta receta\u00a0combinamos con farfalle; pasta que coceremos en agua y sal, y que aromatizaremos\u00a0con un chorrito de aceite de corteza de lim\u00f3n una vez escurrida.<\/p>\n<p>El aguacate lo incorporamos fresco y troceado. Y el salm\u00f3n podemos utilizarlo tanto\u00a0ahumado como fresco, depende si preferimos una versi\u00f3n fr\u00eda o tibia del plato. En este\u00a0caso troceamos la pieza de salm\u00f3n en dados y lo salteamos a la sart\u00e9n con sal y un\u00a0poquito de cilantro.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Penne con verduras al horno<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Para esta receta podemos elegir las verduras que m\u00e1s nos gusten: esp\u00e1rrago verde,\u00a0calabac\u00edn, berenjena, zanahoria\u2026 Las lavamos bien, troceamos y las disponemos en\u00a0una bandeja de horno junto a un par de tomates frescos. Salpimentamos, rociamos\u00a0con un chorrito de Aceite de Oliva Virgen Extra y horneamos a 200\u00ba unos 25 minutos.<\/p>\n<p>Recuerda mover la verdura peri\u00f3dicamente.<\/p>\n<p>Por otro lado, cocemos los penne en abundante agua con sal. Escurrimos y salteamos\u00a0un par de minutos a la sart\u00e9n con un poquito de Aceite arom\u00e1tico de guindilla y\u00a0cardamomo. Una vez salteados, servimos con las verduras.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Espaguetis con langostinos a la soja<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Pelamos y cortamos cebolla en pedazos m\u00e1s o menos grandes. Lavamos y\u00a0reservamos las puntas de un manojo de esp\u00e1rragos verdes. Lo incorporamos todo a\u00a0un wok o sart\u00e9n, previamente engrasada con Aceite de Oliva Virgen Extra, junto a\u00a0langostinos frescos pelados. Cuando ya est\u00e9 casi listo, a\u00f1adimos la salsa de soja y\u00a0movemos un par de minutos.<\/p>\n<p>Es el momento de incorporar los espaguetis, previamente cocidos y bien escurridos,\u00a0para que tomen todo el sabor y el aroma del salteado.
