No te obsesiones con falsos\u00a0mitos y sigue una dieta variada, equilibrada y saludable.<\/p>\n<p>Pero tambi\u00e9n, ten en cuenta una serie de precauciones, condicionadas por los\u00a0cambios que tu cuerpo experimenta durante el proceso de gestaci\u00f3n. Te los\u00a0contamos en estas claves:<\/p>\n<h5><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\">Una base de dieta saludable.<\/span><\/h5>\n<p>Una dieta correcta durante el embarazo no es\u00a0muy diferente a la que debe llevar cualquier adulto. Rica en carbohidratos\u00a0complejos (pasta, arroz, legumbre), con especial atenci\u00f3n a los cereales\u00a0integrales; abundante fruta, verduras y hortalizas; baja en grasas animales, con\u00a0suficiente pescado y generosa en fibra y agua.<\/p>\n<h5><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\">La importancia del \u00e1cido f\u00f3lico.<\/span><\/h5>\n<p>Esta vitamina es determinante en la\u00a0formaci\u00f3n del cerebro y la m\u00e9dula espinal del beb\u00e9, por lo que debemos\u00a0asegurar unos buenos niveles. Lo encontrar\u00e1s en el tomate, la remolacha,\u00a0guisantes o espinacas.<\/p>\n<h5><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\">Del calcio.<\/span><\/h5>\n<p>Una mujer embarazada necesita unos 1.000 mg diarios de calcio,\u00a0es decir, unos 3 vasos de leche o 4 yogures. El calcio es imprescindible para la\u00a0formaci\u00f3n de huesos y dientes. Si no tiene suficiente, el feto lo obtendr\u00e1 de los\u00a0huesos de la madre, haci\u00e9ndolos m\u00e1s fr\u00e1giles.<\/p>\n<h5><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\">Y del hierro.<\/span><\/h5>\n<p>Durante el embarazo el volumen de sangre aumenta, y con ello,\u00a0la demanda de este mineral, que pasa de unos 15 mg diarios a casi el doble.\u00a0En casos de anemia, la madre se notar\u00e1 m\u00e1s cansada y ser\u00e1 m\u00e1s propensa a\u00a0sufrir infecciones. El hierro de carnes rojas es mejor absorbido que el de\u00a0vegetales; sin embargo, la absorci\u00f3n de este \u00faltimo se potencia si se\u00a0acompa\u00f1a de prote\u00edna y vitamina C.<\/p>\n<h5><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\">\u00c1cidos grasos omega 3.<\/span><\/h5>\n<p>Importantes para la construcci\u00f3n del cerebro y una\u00a0excelente fuente de grasa saludable. Presentes en pescados azules, que\u00a0adem\u00e1s aportar\u00e1n otro nutriente imprescindible en el embarazo: la prote\u00edna.\u00a0Tambi\u00e9n en frutos secos.<\/p>\n<h5><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\">Selecciona los pescados:<\/span><\/h5>\n<p>Debido a los posibles contaminantes t\u00f3xicos\u00a0presentes en pescados, se aconseja optar por especies peque\u00f1as, como\u00a0salmonetes, doradas, caballas o sardinas.<\/p>\n<h5><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\">Ojo con las listerias.<\/span><\/h5>\n<p>Son unas bacterias que se transmiten con los alimentos\u00a0y que en el caso de mujeres embarazadas el riesgo de infecci\u00f3n es veinte\u00a0veces mayor. Por ello, hay que evitar el consumo de pescados crudos y\u00a0ahumados, carnes poco cocidas, quesos de leche no pasteurizada, mahonesas\u00a0caseras y cualquier receta con huevo semicrudo.
