Pelamos las zanahorias, las\u00a0salpimentamos y las asamos al horno (180\u00b0C) hasta que est\u00e9n blandas. Una\u00a0vez fr\u00edas, las ponemos en el vaso de la batidora, a\u00f1adimos el resto de los\u00a0ingredientes y lo trituramos todo. Le a\u00f1adimos sal, comino al gusto, un chorrito\u00a0de lim\u00f3n y mezclamos.<\/p>\n<p>Para los huevos, lo primero que debemos hacer es cocerlos, dejarlos enfriar,\u00a0pelarlos, cortarlos por la mitad longitudinalmente y sacarles la yema. Para el\u00a0relleno mezclamos guacamole casero (revisa c\u00f3mo se prepara en este art\u00edculo\u00a0de <a href=\"http:\/\/worldwide.borges.es\/es\/blogpost\/fiesta-mexicana-en-casa\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">recetas mexicanas<\/span><\/a>) con las yemas que hemos extra\u00eddo de los huevos. Por\u00a0\u00faltimo, los coronamos con un langostino cocido, pelado y limpio de tripa.<\/p>\n<h5><strong><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\">Principales: alb\u00f3ndigas de merluza y risotto de quinoa<\/span><\/strong><\/h5>\n<p>Para preparar las alb\u00f3ndigas necesitaremos los siguientes ingredientes: 250 g\u00a0de merluza limpia de espinas, una cebolla, un puerro, calabaza, un huevo,\u00a0harina de ma\u00edz, pan rallado sin gluten, perejil fresco y aceite de oliva virgen\u00a0extra. Picamos la cebolla y el puerro y los rehogamos en la sart\u00e9n. Mezclamos\u00a0la merluza desmenuzada con el huevo, una pizca de sal y el perejil fresco\u00a0picado. Incorporamos el pan rallado poco a poco hasta que quede una masa\u00a0compacta. Damos forma a las alb\u00f3ndigas, las pasamos por harina y las fre\u00edmos\u00a0en aceite de oliva virgen extra. Para acompa\u00f1ar, una salsa preparada a base\u00a0de verduras al horno trituradas ser\u00e1 todo un acierto.<\/p>\n<p>Para el falso risotto, primero cocemos la quinoa siguiendo las instrucciones del\u00a0envase y, a continuaci\u00f3n, salteamos, por cada taza de quinoa, medio puerro\u00a0picado y media calabaza en daditos. Salpimentamos esta mezcla y, una vez\u00a0cocinada, incorporamos un pu\u00f1ado de pasas y la quinoa cocida. La removemos\u00a0bien y a\u00f1adimos 200 ml de leche vegetal sin gluten. La dejamos a fuego lento\u00a0unos 10 minutos hasta que la leche se integre con todos los otros ingredientes.<\/p>\n<h5><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\"><strong>Postre: tarta de manzana<\/strong><\/span><\/h5>\n<p>Terminaremos con un cl\u00e1sico que gustar\u00e1 a toda la familia, para cuya receta\u00a0necesitaremos: 1 kg de manzanas m\u00e1s dos manzanas m\u00e1s, un vaso de az\u00facar,\u00a0un vaso de leche, un vaso de harina sin gluten, tres huevos, y medio sobre de\u00a0levadura. Pelamos, cortamos y trituramos el kilo de manzanas con los huevos,\u00a0la leche, el az\u00facar, la harina y la levadura. Una vez la mezcla sea homog\u00e9nea,\u00a0la vertemos en un molde apto para el horno.
