La dieta mediterr\u00e1nea es el tipo de alimentaci\u00f3n mejor valorada a nivel mundial. Tanto es as\u00ed, que la UNESCO la declar\u00f3 Patrimonio Inmaterial de la Humanidad. Sin embargo, los pa\u00edses mediterr\u00e1neos la est\u00e1n abandonando, rompiendo con unas tradiciones que estaban muy enraizadas en la \u00e9poca de nuestras abuelas, como era cocinar productos de temporada cada d\u00eda, planificando lo que se com\u00eda, y todos alrededor de una mesa.<\/p>\n<p>Por ese motivo, la Fundaci\u00f3n Internacional de la Dieta Mediterr\u00e1nea (IEMeD) la est\u00e1 tratando de revalorizar con iniciativas como una nueva pir\u00e1mide nutricional. La principal novedad respecto a las versiones anteriores son los pictogramas que representan c\u00f3mo llevar una alimentaci\u00f3n con criterios sostenibles. Consejos como consumir productos locales de temporada, elegir m\u00e9todos de producci\u00f3n respetuosos con el medioambiente, preservar las recetas tradicionales y compartir mesa en un ambiente social y familiar.<\/p>\n<p>El deporte es tambi\u00e9n un h\u00e1bito de vida saludable que no debe perderse porque tiene enormes beneficios tanto para nuestra salud f\u00edsica como ps\u00edquica. En los pa\u00edses del norte de Europa, el 80% de la poblaci\u00f3n es f\u00edsicamente activa, mientras que en el sur, con un clima m\u00e1s ben\u00e9volo, la cifra no llega al 40%.<\/p>\n<p>En cuanto a los alimentos, en la base de la pir\u00e1mide se encuentra el consumo de agua, que debe ser de seis vasos, incluyendo infusiones de hierbas y caf\u00e9. En el siguiente escal\u00f3n se representan los productos que deben formar parte de las dos comidas principales del d\u00eda: aceite de oliva, frutas, verduras (variedad de colores) e hidratos de carbono como pan, pasta y arroz.<\/p>\n<p>Se recomienda ingerir entre una y dos raciones al d\u00eda de frutos secos, semillas, aceitunas, ajos, cebollas y especias para condimentar. Los derivados l\u00e1cteos tambi\u00e9n forman parte de este escal\u00f3n. El consumo de legumbres ha aumentado respecto a la versi\u00f3n anterior de la pir\u00e1mide, y ahora se recomiendan un m\u00ednimo de dos veces por semana.<\/p>\n<p>La carne blanca, el pescado y el marisco deben formar parte de la dieta a raz\u00f3n de dos raciones semanales; no as\u00ed la carne roja y las carnes procesadas, cuya ingesta debe ser mucho menor. En la cima de la pir\u00e1mide se sit\u00faan los dulces (helados, pasteles, caramelos\u2026), que IEMeD recomienda consumir de forma muy espor\u00e1dica<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Resulta curioso.
