Damos una vuelta al globo revoloteando entre nueces, avellanas y pi\u00f1ones; cruzamos oc\u00e9anos y nos damos un atrac\u00f3n de dulce para contarte cu\u00e1les son los platos de reposter\u00eda con frutos secos m\u00e1s famosos del mundo.<\/p>\n<p>Si hay un recetario al que le gusta especialmente el uso de frutos secos es el que comparten los pa\u00edses que tienen influencias orientales y mediterr\u00e1neas. El <strong>chamiat<\/strong>, por ejemplo, es un pastel de origen sirio elaborado con varias capas de pasta filo, relleno de almendra y cubierto de miel y pistachos; muy parecido al famoso <strong>baklawa,<\/strong> de origen persa, un dulce popular en cocinas como la turca o la balc\u00e1nica, preparado con una masa de nueces envuelta en pasta filo y ba\u00f1ada en alm\u00edbar o miel.<\/p>\n<p>Desde la India llega la versi\u00f3n dulce de sus populares <strong>samosas<\/strong>, en este caso rellenas de frutos secos y no de verduras o de carne, y el <strong>gajar barfi<\/strong>, un jugoso pastel de zanahoria que lleva almendras laminadas u otros frutos secos picados, como por ejemplo los pistachos, en la parte superior. De textura m\u00e1s dura son los <strong>ghribat<\/strong>, unas galletas de aspecto agrietado preparadas con frutos secos como almendras o cacahuetes que encontrar\u00e1s en Argelia o Marruecos, as\u00ed como el <strong>faqqas<\/strong>, un perfecto compa\u00f1ero de t\u00e9 del norte de \u00c1frica.<\/p>\n<p>Cruzamos el estrecho de Gibraltar y en Espa\u00f1a recatamos una de las tartas m\u00e1s representativas de su cara norte, la <strong>tarta de Santiago<\/strong> o compostelana, cuya receta original lleva simplemente almendras, az\u00facar y huevos. Como tambi\u00e9n los <strong>panellets<\/strong>, m\u00e1s propios del levante, que se preparan con almendra molida y se cubren de pi\u00f1ones.<\/p>\n<p>Con nombre de carrera, <strong>Par\u00eds-Brest<\/strong> es la ruta ciclista m\u00e1s antigua del mundo pero tambi\u00e9n un cl\u00e1sico de la reposter\u00eda francesa; una rueda de masa choux rellena de pralin\u00e9 y cubierta de avellanas. De la cocina dulce alemana hay que recordar otro m\u00edtico, el <strong>apfelstrudel<\/strong>, un hojaldre relleno de manzana que tambi\u00e9n es com\u00fan encontrarlo con pasas y frutos secos.<\/p>\n<p>Italiano es el <strong>panforte<\/strong>, postre cuyo origen se sit\u00faa en la zona de La Toscana y que se prepara con miel, az\u00facar, chocolate, harina, especias y una mezcla de frutos secos que quedan en el interior. M\u00e1s jugoso sin embargo es el <strong>spotted dick<\/strong> ingl\u00e9s, un pudin relleno de pasas y frutas que se suele servir acompa\u00f1ado de natillas. Y lleno de frutos secos, como anacardos, almendras o nueces, es el <strong>mazurek<\/strong>, un dulce polaco de pasta brisa, mermelada y cobertura de frutos almibarados.<\/p>\n<p>Antojo, \u00bfverdad? Pues terminamos con un archiconocido en todo el mundo: el <strong>brownie<\/strong> americano, un pastel de chocolate con el interior salpicado de nueces que nos ofrece un divertido \u201ccrunch\u201d en boca.
