Una mesa divertida, adem\u00e1s de saludable, para salirse de la rutina de vez en cuando. \u00bfCompartimos?<\/p>\n<h5><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\"><strong>Brochetas de langostinos con mango<\/strong><\/span><\/h5>\n<p>Es una idea r\u00e1pida y sencilla, perfecta para momentos <em>finger food<\/em> y cuyo contraste de sabores resulta delicioso. Solo necesitar\u00e1s langostinos cocidos y mango fresco, adem\u00e1s de unos palitos para montar las brochetas. Por un lado, pelamos los langostinos y retiramos la tripa; por otro, pelamos el mango y troceamos en dados. Insertamos en la brocheta de forma intercalada, dejando libre una parte para poder cogerlas con comodidad. Puedes acompa\u00f1arlas de alguna <a href=\"http:\/\/worldwide.borges.es\/es\/blogpost\/10-maneras-de-dar-una-vuelta-la-mahonesa-tradicional\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><u>mahonesa original<\/u><\/a> o una fresca vinagreta. \u00bfC\u00f3mo emulsionarla? Echa un ojo a este <a href=\"http:\/\/worldwide.borges.es\/es\/blogpost\/emulsionar-vinagretas\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><u>truco<\/u><\/a>.<\/p>\n<h5><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\"><strong><em>Nuggets<\/em><\/strong><strong> de merluza<\/strong><\/span><\/h5>\n<p>Le damos la vuelta al cl\u00e1sico <em>nugget<\/em> de pollo para lanzarnos a su versi\u00f3n m\u00e1s marinera. Una manera de \u201cdisfrazar\u201d el pescado para que los peques de la casa no rechisten. Necesitamos merluza fresca (lomos, rodajas\u2026 o quiz\u00e1 restos de una merluza cocinada, ya que esta receta es perfecta para reaprovechar pescado que nos haya sobrado). En el caso de estar sin cocinar, cocemos el pescado (unos 8 minutos por cada 500 gramos) en abundante agua con sal y un chorrito de aceite de oliva virgen extra. Una vez listo, lo dejamos enfriar, le retiramos todas las espinas y desmenuzamos con la mano. Por otro lado, calentamos aceite de oliva virgen extra en una sart\u00e9n y a\u00f1adimos 200 ml de leche evaporada. Removemos e incorporamos la merluza desmenuzada. Corregimos de sal, mezclamos bien y dejamos enfriar. Hacemos bolitas con la mezcla, las pasamos por huevo y pan rallado y las fre\u00edmos en abundante aceite de oliva virgen extra. \u00a1Deliciosas!<\/p>\n<h5><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\"><strong>Minipizzas en pan de pita<\/strong><\/span><\/h5>\n<p>Revisamos un cl\u00e1sico en formato mini y sustituyendo la masa de pizza por pan de pita. Nadie se podr\u00e1 resistir\u2026 Extendemos una buena capa de tomate frito sobre los panes, a continuaci\u00f3n, una capa de mozzarella rallada (o cualquier otro tipo de queso que tengas a mano) y finalmente el resto de ingredientes: pavo, aceitunas, at\u00fan en conserva, pollo, etc. Como en la receta anterior (perfecta para dar salida a restos de pescado guisado) estas pizzas se prestan al reaprovechamiento de un mont\u00f3n de cosas que tengamos por la nevera.
