Durante a\u00f1os ha existido el falso mito de que la pasta engorda mucho, lo que nos ha impedido disfrutar de los encantos de uno de los alimentos b\u00e1sicos de la dieta mediterr\u00e1nea, ideal para combinar con salsas tan variadas como el pesto, la marinara o la puttanesca, entre otras. Si combinamos bien pasta y salsa y seguimos estos consejos, disfrutaremos de los beneficios de un alimento que nos aportar\u00e1 mucha fuerza y energ\u00eda, adem\u00e1s de prote\u00ednas y muy poca grasa.<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; Basta con 50-70\u00a0g de pasta para saciarte. Aporta pocas calor\u00edas en comparaci\u00f3n con otros alimentos, y si la raci\u00f3n de salsa es igualmente discreta podremos comer pasta pr\u00e1cticamente a diario.<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; Acomp\u00e1\u00f1ala con una raci\u00f3n de ensalada o una crema fr\u00eda, consume la pasta como plato principal y elige frutas de temporada de postre. Tendr\u00e1s una comida saludable, equilibrada y baja en calor\u00edas.<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; Si te est\u00e1s cuidando, siempre puedes optar por las salsas menos cal\u00f3ricas. La marinara o la de albahaca son ligeras y deliciosas, al igual que la arrabbiata. Otras, como la salsa de ricotta, tienen m\u00e1s calor\u00edas, por lo que conviene ingerirlas en horarios en que vayamos a quemarlas.<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; Procura escoger las salsas m\u00e1s contundentes para la comida de mediod\u00eda y las m\u00e1s ligeras para la cena. De la misma manera, reduce la cantidad de pasta si te apetece comerla para cenar: bastar\u00e1n 40\u00a0g y una marinara, por ejemplo, con una pieza de fruta o un yogur.<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; Es conveniente acostumbrarse a cenar temprano, no solo si se cena una deliciosa pasta al pesto, por ejemplo. Si nos acostamos inmediatamente despu\u00e9s de cenar, no quemamos lo que hemos ingerido. Si puedes permitirte, incluso, un pase\u00edto nocturno de media hora tras una cena temprana ver\u00e1s c\u00f3mo tu cuerpo (y tu figura) te lo agradecen.<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; El secreto est\u00e1 en compensar: si a mediod\u00eda has decidido darte un homenaje y has tomado un gran plato de pasta (m\u00e1s de los 50-70\u00a0g recomendados) con cantidades industriales de salsa, opta por cenar un plato de fruta o un yogur con cereales.
