El boom de la alimentaci\u00f3n saludable nos ha tra\u00eddo nuevas ideas para crear platos divertidos, sanos, nutritivos y muy muy ricos, as\u00ed que&#8230; \u00bfpor qu\u00e9 no apostar por unos postres sanos y ligeros?<\/p>\n<p>Es el caso de estas tres ideas para poner un punto y final nutritivo y equilibrado a nuestras comilonas: tres postres que a\u00fanan las propiedades de las nueces, de la fruta desecada y el potencial de los frutos secos. Un derroche de prote\u00ednas, minerales, hierro y sabor al alcance de tus manos y de tu bolsillo.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\"><strong>Porridge de avena con nueces y canela<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p><em>Ingredientes:<\/em><\/p>\n<p>Cuatro cucharadas de copos de avena<br \/>\nUn vaso de bebida de nuez<br \/>\nUn toque de canela<br \/>\nUn pu\u00f1ado de nueces<br \/>\nUn pu\u00f1ado de frutas desecadas<br \/>\nUna cucharada de miel<\/p>\n<p><em>Elaboraci\u00f3n:<\/em><\/p>\n<p>Calentamos la bebida de nuez en un cazo, y a\u00f1adimos los copos de avena cuando comience a hervir. Removemos durante un par de minutos. Cuando quede una papilla con una textura grumosa, apagamos el fuego y dejamos reposar. A\u00f1adimos los frutos secos, la fruta desecada y la miel, removemos y acabamos con un toque de canela.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\"><strong>Smoothie bowl de frutas<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p>Ingredientes:<br \/>\nUn pl\u00e1tano<br \/>\nUn kiwi<br \/>\nUn pu\u00f1ado de almendras<br \/>\nUn pu\u00f1ado de nueces<br \/>\nUn pu\u00f1ado de frutas desecadas<br \/>\nUn pu\u00f1ado de semillas de ch\u00eda<\/p>\n<p><em>Elaboraci\u00f3n:<\/em><\/p>\n<p>Cortamos las frutas, y las introducimos en un bol. A\u00f1adimos la bebida vegetal de nuez hasta cubrirlas por completo. Completamos con un <em>topping<\/em> a base de frutos secos triturados, frutas desecadas y las semillas de ch\u00eda.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\"><strong>Flan de huevo<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p><em>Ingredientes:<\/em><\/p>\n<p>500 ml de bebida de nuez<br \/>\n140 g de az\u00facar<br \/>\n5 huevos<br \/>\n1 cucharadita de aroma de vainilla<br \/>\nCaramelo l\u00edquido<br \/>\nNata montada<br \/>\nUn pu\u00f1ado de frutas desecadas<\/p>\n<p><em>Elaboraci\u00f3n:<\/em><\/p>\n<p>Precalentamos el horno a 180\u00ba. Batimos los huevos, el az\u00facar y la vainilla, y a\u00f1adimos la bebida de nuez. Volvemos a batir. Colocamos la mezcla en los moldes, a los que previamente hemos a\u00f1adido el caramelo l\u00edquido. Horneamos durante 45 minutos, y dejamos enfriar a temperatura ambiente. Una vez fr\u00edos, guardamos en la nevera.
