Porque no hay nada m\u00e1s importante que la salud. Y, ya que esta entra por la boca, te damos cinco consejitos de lo m\u00e1s f\u00e1ciles para que te sientas much\u00edsimo mejor. Como ver\u00e1s, no te costar\u00e1 nada seguirlos, ya que se trata de modificar ligeramente tus h\u00e1bitos y aplicar un poco de sentido com\u00fan, que buena falta nos hace.<strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\"><strong>1- Come cinco veces al d\u00eda<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p>Come m\u00e1s a menudo, pero menos cantidad. En vez de hacerlo dos veces al d\u00eda (los hay que ni desayunan) y darte aut\u00e9nticos atracones, come algo entre horas. As\u00ed tu maquinaria digestiva no ir\u00e1 tan forzada. Ah, y haz caso del dicho popular: \u201cDesayuna como un rey, come como un pr\u00edncipe y cena como un mendigo\u201d. Por supuesto, siempre siguiendo una dieta equilibrada: no vale hacer trampa comiendo cinco veces al d\u00eda pero echando mano a las patatas fritas de bolsa.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\"><strong>2- Compra productos ecol\u00f3gicos<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p>No solo tienen mucho m\u00e1s sabor, sino que resultan m\u00e1s saludables al carecer de \u201caditivos\u201d, ya sean antibi\u00f3ticos (en el caso de la carne) o herbicidas y pesticidas (en el caso de frutas, verduras, legumbres y hortalizas). As\u00ed que, cuanto m\u00e1s sano, mejor: tu cuerpo y tu paladar lo agradecer\u00e1n. \u00bfM\u00e1s caro? S\u00ed, pero\u2026 \u00bfte has preguntado alguna vez cu\u00e1nto vale tu salud?<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\"><strong>3- Bebe agua<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p>Hidratarse es muy importante, as\u00ed que los expertos recomiendan beber un par de litros de agua al d\u00eda (ojo, que aqu\u00ed incluimos el agua que llevan los alimentos): unos 30-40 mililitros por cada kilo de peso de una persona. As\u00ed que, si pesas 70 kilos, deber\u00edas ingerir 2.100-2.800 mililitros de agua al d\u00eda. Un buen consejo es beber un vaso de agua por la ma\u00f1ana, justo al levantarse, para activar el organismo. \u00a1Y a comerse el d\u00eda!<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\"><strong>4- No te cortes con el aceite de oliva virgen extra y los frutos secos<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p>El aceite de oliva virgen extra es de lo m\u00e1s saludable que encontrar\u00e1s en una cocina. Es anticancer\u00edgeno, ayuda a controlar el colesterol, potencia el sistema inmunitario, funciona como antiinflamatorio\u2026 En fin, un amor. Va de maravilla, por ejemplo, con cualquier ensalada (plato <em>healthy<\/em> por excelencia). En cuanto a los frutos secos, tres cuartos de lo mismo: aportan minerales (magnesio, f\u00f3sforo, potasio, calcio y hierro), oligoelementos (zinc y selenio, con propiedades antioxidantes), vitaminas, grasas saludables, prote\u00edna vegetal, mucha fibra\u2026 \u00bfQu\u00e9 tal si los comes en vez de <em>snacks<\/em> como las cortezas de cerdo, o bien para matar el gusanillo entre horas?<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\"><strong>5- \u00a1Haz deporte, por el amor de Dios!<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p>Mueve ese cuerpecito serrano que tienes. No se trata de que te machaques en el gimnasio ni de prepararte para correr una marat\u00f3n, sino de dedicar al menos media hora al d\u00eda a caminar ligero, por ejemplo; o de subir escaleras siempre que puedas en vez de coger el ascensor, o de andar un rato en lugar de desplazarte en autob\u00fas.
