Para ellos, para los que aman cocinar y odian fregar \u2014y estamos seguros de que son legi\u00f3n\u2014, existen las llamadas <em>one-pot-recipes<\/em>. \u00bf<em>One pot<\/em> queeeeeee\u00e9? S\u00ed, lo que oyes: recetas con una sola olla, en ingl\u00e9s; o, lo que es lo mismo: agarra una cazuela, hazte con unos cuantos ingredientes de calidad y prep\u00e1rate unos platos que ni Ferran Adri\u00e0. Para muestra, un bot\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p><strong><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\">DE PRIMERO:<\/span> Crema de zanahoria y naranja, \u00a1vitamina pura!<\/strong><br \/>\nDe un intenso color naranja, energ\u00e9tico, result\u00f3n\u2026 \u00bfQu\u00e9 m\u00e1s se le puede pedir a un plato?<\/p>\n<p><strong>Ingredientes<\/strong>:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>400\u00a0g (14\u00a0oz) de zanahorias<\/li>\n<li>500\u00a0ml (1,69\u00a0US\u00a0fl\u00a0oz) de agua<\/li>\n<li>100\u00a0ml (0,34\u00a0fl\u00a0oz) de zumo de naranja natural<\/li>\n<li>150\u00a0ml (0,5\u00a0US\u00a0fl\u00a0oz) de nata l\u00edquida<\/li>\n<li>Dos escalonias<\/li>\n<li>50\u00a0g (1,76\u00a0oz) de aceite de oliva virgen extra<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Elaboraci\u00f3n:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Sofr\u00ede la cebolla hasta que quede dorada, a\u00f1ade la zanahoria y rehoga. Cuando las verduras est\u00e9n blandas, a\u00f1ade el agua, preferiblemente templada (puedes utilizar caldo vegetal, pero no es necesario). Cuece durante 15 minutos, deja enfriar y tritura hasta obtener una crema sin grumos. Incorpora el zumo de naranja y la nata, salpimienta, remueve bien y sirve, si te apetece, con un par de hojitas de albahaca como decoraci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p><strong><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\">DE SEGUNDO:<\/span> Arroz con marisco, platazo gourmet<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Un plato vistoso y sencillo, con un punto <em>delicatessen<\/em> y sin ensuciar ni lo m\u00e1s m\u00ednimo la cocina. \u00a1As\u00ed da gusto ponerse el delantal!<\/p>\n<p><strong>Ingredientes:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>500\u00a0g (17,6\u00a0oz) de marisco combinado al gusto: pulpo, calamares, langostinos, almejas, gambas\u2026<\/li>\n<li>4 tazas de arroz bomba<\/li>\n<li>6 tazas de caldo de pescado<\/li>\n<li>Aceite de oliva virgen extra<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><em>Para el sofrito<\/em><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>1 cebolla<\/li>\n<li>2 tomates<\/li>\n<li>1 pimiento rojo cortado en juliana<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Elaboraci\u00f3n:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Prepara un sofrito con la cebolla, el tomate y el pimiento. A\u00f1ade el marisco y fr\u00ede durante unos minutos. Cubre con un buen caldo de pescado (si te gusta el arroz tirando a caldoso puedes echar m\u00e1s cantidad de la que recomendamos) y, cuando empiece a hervir, agrega el arroz y cocina durante unos 15-20 minutos, en funci\u00f3n del fuego y de las preferencias. El plato estar\u00e1 listo cuando el arroz haya absorbido todo el caldo. \u00bfUn truco? Lava el arroz antes de cocinarlo, para eliminar almid\u00f3n e impurezas (si prefieres que la receta te quede m\u00e1s bien seca, no lo laves en exceso).<\/p>\n<p><strong><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\">DE POSTRE:<\/span> Sand\u00eda a la plancha con ricota fresca y frutos secos, \u00a1OMG!<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Una manera original, creativa y riqu\u00edsima de tomar fruta de postre. Esta receta tambi\u00e9n funciona con otras frutas, como albaricoques y peras.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Ingredientes:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Sand\u00eda cortada en cuadrados del tama\u00f1o de una tostada de pan peque\u00f1a, de 1,5\u00a0cm de grosor<\/li>\n<li>100\u00a0g (3,5\u00a0oz) de ricota<\/li>\n<li>50\u00a0g (1,76\u00a0oz) de frutos secos<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Elaboraci\u00f3n:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Calienta muy bien una plancha o una sart\u00e9n, echa la sand\u00eda y coc\u00ednala como si fuese carne o pescado. Cuando est\u00e9 dorada, dale la vuelta.
