Si la echamos antes corremos el riesgo de que se nos pase de cocci\u00f3n, cosa que podr\u00eda arruinar hasta la mejor de las salsas. Para que esto no ocurra es importante, adem\u00e1s, calcular bien las cantidades: un litro de agua por cada 100 g de pasta, una cucharada sopera de sal por cada 2 l de agua y 80 g de pasta por persona. Si a\u00f1adimos agua fr\u00eda, se perder\u00e1 la capa de almid\u00f3n fundamental para que las salsas se adhieran correctamente.<\/p>\n<p><strong><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\">3.<\/span><\/strong> A\u00f1ade la pasta a la salsa, y no a la inversa. Si has preparado la salsa en la sart\u00e9n, aseg\u00farate de que esta sea lo suficientemente honda y puedas a\u00f1adir la pasta.
