No es que no nos gust\u00e9is, pero esta vez nos hemos propuesto crear unos <em>snacks\u00a0<\/em>algo m\u00e1s sofisticados, para esos lunes tediosos que solo una maravilla como este pud\u00edn de ch\u00eda es capaz de alegrarnos.<\/p>\n<p>Necesitamos media tacita de semillas de ch\u00eda y almendras tostadas, un pu\u00f1ado de frutos del bosque, un poco de bebida de almendra, un chorrito de sirope de agave y un yogur griego. Solo tenemos que mezclar los ingredientes y refrigerarlos durante al menos 15 minutos para que el pud\u00edn coja consistencia.<\/p>\n<p>Tambi\u00e9n podemos decorarlo al gusto: servir\u00e1n unas virutas de cacao puro, unas ramas de albahaca, una pizca de granada o unas fresitas en rodajas. \u00a1\u00d1am!<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>\u00a1Adi\u00f3s, manzanas!
