  • 4 chicken breasts
  • 2 eggs
  • Breadcrumbs
  • Garlics

  • Borges Olio 4
  • Salt
  • Pepper

  • Borges Sunflower Oil
  • Borges Walnuts
  • 50gr gorgonzola cheese
  • 50gr cream 35%
  • Soya
  • Chives

Step by step

  1. Step 1

    Cut the chicken breasts into strips and marinate them with lemon juice, garlic, salt and pepper. Let them rest in the marinade for 1 hour. Then, roll the strips in egg and breadcrumbs and fry them

    Sauces:
    Make a mayonnaise sauce with egg and Borges Sunflower Oil. Set aside half of it and mix it with soya sauce. Mix the other half with finely chopped chives.
    Put the cream and cheese in a bowl and whip it. When the sauce is made, toss in the some chopped walnuts
