When the\u00a0water starts to boil, take off the heat and let the dried fruit rehydrate. Put the sheets of\u00a0gelatine in cold water to soak.<\/p>\n<p>Warm the milk, cream and sugar over a medium heat, stirring regularly. When it starts\u00a0to boil, take off the heat. Strain the sheets of gelatine, add to the mixture and stir until\u00a0they dissolve.<\/p>\n<p>Pour into small moulds and leave at room temperature for half an hour. Cover the\u00a0moulds with Clingfilm and put in the fridge to set, which should take at least five hours.<\/p>\n<p>Meanwhile, strain the fruit, put in a blender with a dash of brandy and blend until you\u00a0have a thick sauce.<\/p>\n<p>Take the mixture out of the moulds before serving and add the sauce.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\"><strong>Fruit brochettes with chocolate<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong>Serves:<\/strong>\u00a08<br \/>\n<strong>Time:<\/strong>\u00a030 min<br \/>\n<strong>Difficulty:<\/strong>\u00a0Easy<\/p>\n<p><strong>Ingredients:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>4\u00a0bananas<br \/>\n4\u00a0slices of fresh pineapple<br \/>\n16\u00a0strawberries<br \/>\n1\u00a0bar of cooking chocolate<\/p>\n<p><strong>Method:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Wash the strawberries and remove the stalk. Clean the fresh pineapple and cut four\u00a0slices, removing the tough middle part. Peel the bananas. Cut all the fruit into pieces,\u00a0but not too small. Make brochettes by alternating the different kinds of fruit.<\/p>\n<p>Melt the chocolate over a bain-marie. Put the brochettes on a flat surface and pour\u00a0threads of melted chocolate over them using a spoon. Leave to cool so that the\u00a0chocolate sets. Don\u2019t overdo the chocolate: it should still be a light dessert with a just\u00a0touch of sweetness.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\"><strong>Glasses of yogurt with raisins and peaches<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong>Serves:<\/strong>\u00a08<br \/>\n<strong>Time:<\/strong>\u00a015 min<br \/>\n<strong>Difficulty:<\/strong>\u00a0Easy<\/p>\n<p><strong>Ingredients:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>6 natural Greek-style creamy yogurts<br \/>\n9 spoonfuls of whipped cream<br \/>\nPeaches in syrup<\/p>\n<p><strong>Method:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Strain the peaches and cut into small pieces.
