Now that\u2019s all clear, let\u2019s get cooking!<\/p>\n<p><strong>Farfalle with avocado and salmon<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Avocado and salmon are both rich in omega-3 fatty acids, vitamins and minerals such\u00a0as magnesium, potassium and zinc. This recipe combines this healthy energy with\u00a0farfalle cooked in salted water, strained and flavoured with a dash of aromatic olive oil\u00a0with lemon rind.<\/p>\n<p>Add the fresh, cubed avocado. You can use either fresh or smoked salmon, depending\u00a0on whether you prefer a warm or cold version. If you go for fresh salmon, cut it into\u00a0cubes and saut\u00e9 with salt and a little coriander.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Penne with roasted vegetables<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>For this recipe you can use whatever vegetables you like: fresh asparagus, courgette,\u00a0aubergine, carrots or whatever else takes your fancy. Wash the vegetables well, chop\u00a0them up and arrange on an oven tray together with a couple of fresh tomatoes. Add\u00a0salt and pepper, drizzle with extra-virgin olive oil and roast for 25 minutes at 200\u00a0\u00baC.<\/p>\n<p>Remember to stir the vegetables regularly.<\/p>\n<p>Meanwhile, cook the penne in plenty of salted water. Strain and saut\u00e9 the cooked\u00a0pasta in a frying pan with a dash of aromatic olive oil with chilli pepper and cardamom.\u00a0Serve with the roasted vegetables.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Spaghetti with king prawns and soya sauce<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Peel and cut an onion into chunks. Cut off and clean the tips of a bundle of fresh\u00a0asparagus. Add the onion and asparagus to a wok or frying pan with a little extra-virgin\u00a0olive oil, together with some fresh peeled king prawns.
