Wholegrain bread is especially good for you, thanks to its slow-release carbs (far healthier than refined carbs). The freezer is a great ally here: you can defreeze the bread for the next day or simply toast it directly from frozen in the toaster or pan. If you make your own bread, throw in some <strong>nuts<\/strong> and you\u2019ll have a delicious walnut loaf, for example.<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; Drizzle some <strong>extra-virgin olive oil<\/strong> on a slice of bread\u2026 and let your imagination run wild! Sliced tomato, sundried tomatoes, mozzarella, ricotta, Iberian cured ham, Roquefort, a mixture of avocado with manchego cheese and crushed nuts, or simply a pinch of salt. It all depends on how hungry you are and how much of a hurry you\u2019re in.
