Here are three highly original recipes:<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div>\n<p class=\"Cuerpo\"><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\"><b><span lang=\"EN-GB\">Vegan pasta<\/span><\/b><\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div>\n<p class=\"Cuerpo\"><span lang=\"EN-GB\">Wondering how to use up all those vegetables at the back of your fridge (courgettes, carrots, leeks, aubergines, pumpkin\u2026)? Simply fry them lightly in a frying pan with a dash of extra-virgin olive oil and mix them in with your favourite pasta. If you want to add an extra boost of protein in under 10 minutes, throw in some cubed tofu too. Always remember to cook vegetables al dente: it\u2019s best to cook them in batches starting with the ones that take the longest.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div>\n<p class=\"Cuerpo\"><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\"><b><span lang=\"EN-GB\">Pasta salad<\/span><\/b><\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div>\n<p class=\"Cuerpo\"><span lang=\"EN-GB\">Smoked salmon, feta cheese and olives, topped off with a handful of chopped almonds.\u00a0 Et voil\u00e0, a sensational pasta salad as a delicious packed lunch for work!<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"Cuerpo\"><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\"><b><span lang=\"EN-GB\">Pesto with a twist<\/span><\/b><\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div><span lang=\"EN-GB\">Although pesto is traditionally made with basil, why not try something different for a change? Try using spinach and cashew nuts for a fabulous dish that\u2019s also a great way to get kids eating greens. Simply blend the ingredients together with a dash of extra-virgin olive oil, a squirt of lemon juice and a pinch of salt.
