Baked potatoes with herbs

  • 4 average-size potatoes
  • A good dash of Borges extra-virgin olive oil
  • 1 teaspoonful of paprika
  • 1 soupspoonful of Herbs de Provence
  • Salt and pepper

Step by step

  1. Step 1

    Wash and cut the potatoes into wedges, leaving the skin on. Arrange on an oven tray and sprinkle salt, pepper and herbs on top. Drizzle with olive oil. Give it a good shake to make sure all the wedges are coated and bake for 15 minutes at 200 ºC.
    Take out the tray and add the paprika. Give it another shake and bake for another 15 minutes, but drop the temperature down to 180ºC.
