  • 200 g wholemeal flour
  • 100 g agave syrup
  • 25 g extra-virgin olive oil
  • 1 teaspoonful of ground ginger
  • 1 teaspoonful of ground cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoonful of bicarbonate of soda

Step by step

    Mix the flour, cinnamon, ginger and bicarbonate of soda together in a large bowl. Add the extra-virgin olive oil and agave syrup. Knead well by hand.

    When you’ve got a smooth mixture, roll it out on a surface using a rolling pin to create the shape you want (you can use some fun pastry cutters if you like).

    Arrange the shapes on a tray lined with baking paper and bake for 10–12 minutes at 180 ºC. Let the biscuits cool before serving.
