The best salad you’ll ever taste: delicious and ready in 10 minutes!

Ingredients

  • 3 large, very ripe tomatoes (preferably different varieties: cherry, pear, etc.)
  • ½ red onion
  • A handful of capers
  • 60 g feta
  • A few fresh basil leaves
  • A few pumps of Borges balsamic vinegar of Modena
  • 40 ml Borges extra virgin olive oil
  • A pinch of salt
  • A pinch of freshly ground black pepper

Step by step

  1. Step 1

    Cut the tomatoes into different shapes (slices, wedges, halves) and gently place them in a serving dish, trying not to bruise them.

  2. Step 2

    Add the julienned red onion, capers, crumbled feta cheese, and fresh basil (substitute with mint if you’re feeling bold).

  3. Step 3

    Spray with Borges balsamic vinegar of Modena and finish with a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil, salt, and pepper.
