The Best Sweet Potato Fries

Ingredients
- 2 large sweet potatoes
- 50 ml Borges Classic olive oil
- 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
- ½ teaspoon garlic powder
- ½ teaspoon salt
- A pinch of black pepper
- Fresh herbs or grated Parmesan for serving
Step by step

Step 1
Preheat the oven to 220 °C and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Peel the sweet potatoes and slice them into thin sticks, making sure they are all the same size so they cook uniformly.

Set the sticks in a large bowl, add the GRAPESEED / SUNFLOWER BLEND / CLASSIC oil and stir well until they are coated.

Add the smoked paprika, garlic powder, salt and pepper. Stir again to distribute the spices evenly.

Spread the sweet potatoes on the baking sheet in a single layer, without overcrowding.

Bake for 15 minutes, carefully turn them over, and bake for another 10-15 minutes, until golden brown and crispy.

Let them rest for a couple of minutes and then sprinkle with fresh herbs or a little grated Parmesan if you like.
