5 tips for cooking at home

If all the cookery shows on TV have sparked an interest in cooking, you could start by memorising the following handy hints. Try them out and see!

1.- Pressure cookers cut down cooking times.

2.- The longer you let casseroles rest, the tastier they’ll be.

3.- For extra smooth sauces, strain them through a chinois.

4.- Keep some sofrito, stock and chopped vegetables in the freezer ready for when you need them.

5.- Add oils and herbs to stews to give them an extra special touch.
