Which aromatic olive oils for which dishes?

Aromatic olive oils are simply olive oil with an extra added touch, so you can use them in the kitchen just as you would with regular extra-virgin olive oil.

They’re perfect for creating a salad dressing with a difference, as well as cooking meat and fish or drizzling over a pasta dish or freshly steamed vegetables.
