Did you know that Borges nuts are gluten free?

The generally accepted idea is that coeliacs can eat raw nuts but should avoid toasted ones. The reason is simple: most toasting processes use flour. However, the entire Borges range of nuts are toasted with rice flour instead of wheat flour, which makes them 100% gluten free.
