Breadcrumbs with herbs: delicious!

This simple tip will liven up any recipe that uses breadcrumbs, such as escalopes or dishes cooked au gratin. Simply season the breadcrumbs with dried herbs (oregano, coriander, thyme, etc.) and mix well. You can also experiment by adding ingredients like pepper, curry powder or nuts. You’ll notice the difference!
