Canned mussels, a must-have in your pantry

Are you cooking a seafood recipe and have forgotten to stop by your fish market? Or to defrost it? Do you want to prepare a pasta frutti di mare like this without spending a lot of money?

If you don’t have time to buy, clean and cook seafood, you could use tinned mussels as an alternative, either in brine or marinara sauce. Just remember to add them at the end of the cooking.
