How to make a cleansing broth

Every now and again it’s worth cleansing the body of excess liquids and toxins, especially after a period of indulgence. Make a delicious onion, celery and parsley broth to serve before lunch and dinner over the festive period. Add a dash of lemon for a classy touch just before serving. It might not be the most tasty dish in the world, but it’s certainly one of the healthiest.
