Cooked too much pasta? Here’s how to save it for another meal

There’s nothing like freshly cooked pasta, but there’s also no need to throw it away if you happen to cook too much. To save it for another meal, add a little olive oil and stir well—this not only protects the pasta, but also stops it sticking together and drying out. If you keep it in a sealed container in the fridge, it should last for several days.
