11 May 2020

Many people’s first chance to get creative in the kitchen is making an omelet. So here are some handy hints to get kids into cookingm this recipe:

  • Use at least two eggs for a decent result.
  • Add a pinch of salt to the egg white before beating.
  • Use a nonstick frying pan.
  • If you don’t use enough olive oil, the omelet will stick—but don’t go overboard!

The secret:
Once you’ve beaten the egg, add a dash of plant-based drink for a spongier texture and an unmistakable flavor that puts it in a class of its own.
