Did you know that balsamic vinegar brings out the flavour of strawberries? Or that vanilla and balsamic glaze are a match made in heaven? Surprising but true. So if you want to give a frozen dessert a fresh twist, use balsamic glazes as a topping or add them to the recipe itself, if you’re adventurous enough to make your own ice cream.
