So, you don’t eat much fish because you’re not sure how to cook it. Well, how about baking it in the oven?
Simply preheat the oven to 190 ºC, with heat from above and below, and prepare the fish by sprinkling or basting it with extra-virgin olive oil and a dash of vinegar, plus any herbs or spices that take your fancy (just don’t overdo it, or you’ll smother the flavour of the fish), and pop it in the oven.
The cooking time will depend on the size and thickness of the piece of fish, but an average-sized sea bream, for example, will need about 20 minutes cooking on both sides.
Serve with a tasty side salad for an mouthwatering, balanced meal you can knock up in a trice.
