How long does extra-virgin olive oil last once opened?

10 January 2017

Extra-virgin olive oil doesn’t have a use-by date, although it does have a best-before date. It won’t go off once opened, but it’s best to use within six weeks. If stored properly, it won’t go bad, but it will start to lose some of its properties.
