Feta cheese in olive oil with chilli and herbs

Feta is a Greek fresh cheese made with goat’s or sheep’s milk. Its intense flavour and unique texture make it perfect to store in olive oil, where you can add extra flavours if you like. Simply fill a sterilised sealable jar with extra-virgin olive all and add strained, dried cubes of feta cheese, together with some chilli peppers and fresh herbs such as basil, thyme or rosemary. Set aside for a few days and you’re good to go. Delicious!
