An idea for drinking more water: give it some flavour

We all know how important it is to drink plenty of water throughout the day, but at times it can be a bit of an uphill struggle, right? So why not liven things up with some fresh fruit and herbs! Strawberries, lemon, mint, watermelon and basil will work a treat. Leave the water to infuse and take on all the mouthwatering flavours for an hour before drinking.
