1️. Season the salmon with salt and pepper.
2️. In a flat dish, mix a splash of balsamic vinegar with a little extra virgin olive oil, a few drops of lemon juice, and a pinch of your favorite herbs. Dill is a good choice, but you can also add rosemary or oregano. And if you like garlic, don’t hold back!
3️. Set the salmon in the mixture and let it sit in the fridge for an hour. Turn it every now and then so the flavors can sink in on both sides.
