Tip: How to prevent nuts from sinking into cakes

Your cakes taste always delicious but you can’t seem to prevent those healthy nuts you add from sinking into the ‘underworld’? Here’s a double tip…

Let the dough rest before adding those little ingredients that give such good taste and, above all, water them and sprinkle some flour on top. Once they are ‘dipped’ and the dough is already in the mold, add them, and you will see them float like a feather.
