A quick and easy tip for livening up children’s breakfasts

Do you know how to make a two-colour smoothie that drives kids wild? Simply use a transparent jug to make two different smoothies. The first, with avocado, banana and strawberries; the second, with avocado, banana and spinach (hard to believe, but it fascinates children). Add a dash of vegetable drink to thin them both out. Once they’re ready, pour the pink smoothie followed by the green one to give you a delicious two-colour smoothie that not only looks impressive but is also packed with energy to set children up for the day.
