A quick and healthy breakfast!

How about swapping biscuits and mass-produced baked goods for wholemeal country bread drizzled with extra-virgin olive oil and slices of delicious ham and cheese?

You can freeze the bread in individual portions and defreeze them every morning in the toaster, which kids will love doing. You can also add some avocado, sliced tomato or lettuce.

Or, even better, how about freezing ready-made sandwiches? Simply take them out of the freezer in the morning and save yourself some work.
