How to soften your pumpkin to make it easier to peel

Easy-peasy! Say goodbye to putting your fingers at risk every time you peel a pumpkin when the autumn leaves start to fall and Halloween comes round once again. Pumpkins are great for making cakes, soups and scary faces. To soften your pumpkin and make it easier to peel, simply pop it into the oven at 200 ºC for a few minutes. After that, it’s as easy as (pumpkin) pie!
