Tips for coating fish in flour

Coating food in flour is a quick and easy cooking technique, but there are a few handy tips to make sure it comes out perfectly.

Want the best fried fish in the street? If you want a crunchy finish, soak the fish in milk first before covering it in flour. Want an even coating? Put some flour in a plastic bag, add the fish and shake gently. Want to really impress? Add some garlic, parsley or herbs. Mediterranean flavours.
