Three top tips for pasta

We can’t get enough of pasta! It’s probably the most versatile and dependable source of energy out there. You can cook it in a thousand and one different ways, from fancy dishes to these quick and easy recipes. Take note!

Spaghetti all’aglio e olio
Extra-virgin olive oil, garlic, spaghetti and a pinch of Parmesan. Food fit for the gods in a few short minutes! Viva la bell’Italia!

Irresistible salads!
Cold penne, smoked salmon, walnuts and your favourite blue cheese. Drizzle with extra-virgin olive oil and Modena balsamic vinegar and you’ll soon be wondering how you ever thought eating well had to be complicated.

Spaghetti with nuts
Sauté a handful of mixed nuts in a frying pan with a dash of olive oil and add a little single cream at the end. Then add the cooked spaghetti and top off with some salt, pepper and grated Parmesan and you’ll have a stunning dish in a flash.
