Is it a daily battle to get your kids to eat? Are they fussy eaters or never really hungry? Try playing with colours and get them interested by drawing the outline of their favourite animal in olive oil on top of their vegetable soup.
Or try switching things around by serving up aubergine or courgette kievs instead of chicken or pork ones: stuff the vegetables with cheese, breadcrumb them and fry in olive oil. Or fry different garden vegetables (carrots, beetroot, sweet potato, yucca, etc) instead of potatoes to make chips, which they’re always ready and willing to eat. If these tricks don’t work, at least you’ll have had fun eating and cooking.
