There is not just one couscous but two!

Did you know there are two types of couscous? Learn how to cook them!

In yesterday’s recipe –couscous with mint oil, peach, green pepper and corn nuts– we used precooked couscous, to which we simply added boiling water. This is the kind of couscous you’ll find in Western supermarkets.

If someone brings you couscous from North African countries, you’ll need to steam it for about 20 minutes!
