Give your vinaigrette a good shake!

When you make a vinaigrette, the final shake is just as important as the ingredients you choose. This tip guarantees perfect results in seconds: mix three parts olive oil to one part vinegar (plus any extra ingredients such as mustard, finely chopped garlic or almonds, etc.) in a sealed glass jar, screw on the lid and shake away! Serve immediately.
