Walnut ice cream…? Of course! Walnut drink works wonders in homemade ice cream, and if you throw in some raspberries or strawberries you can conjure up this delicious dessert in your own kitchen.
Simply mix 600 ml of walnut drink, 100 ml of water, 100 g of sugar and a teaspoonful of vanilla powder together and bring to the boil. Dissolve 10 g of gelatin sheets in the mixture and leave to marinate overnight. The following morning pop the mixture into the freezer… and you’ll have a delicious ice cream with a subtle hint of walnuts!
