  • 5 green apples
  • 4 leeks
  • 1 onions
  • 1 potato
  • 1 l. stock (chicken or vegetable)
  • Salt
  • Borges Extra Virgin Olive Oil

Step by step

  1. Step 1

    Serve cold. Add a dash of olive oil before serving.

  2. Step 2

    Fry all the vegetables together with the peeled and cut up apples. Add salt to taste. Add the stock and cook for 20 minutes. Blend it until smooth.
