Arugula Salad with a Hint of Crunch

Ingredients
- 120 g fresh arugula
- 1 green apple
- A handful of cherries
- 60 g chopped walnuts
- 30 g peeled sunflower seeds
- 60 g feta
- 30 ml Borges olive oil extra virgin fruity
- 10 ml Borges balsamic vinegar of Modena
- Salt and pepper to taste

Step 1
In a bowl, mix the arugula with the thinly sliced apple and the pomegranate seeds.

Add the walnuts, pumpkin seeds, and crumbled cheese.

Dress the salad with a splash of olive oil extra virgin fruity and spray it all over with the balsamic vinegar to distribute the flavor.
