Cook the penne following the manufacturer’s instructions.
Baked feta pasta
- 360 g Borges penne
- 200 g feta
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 500 g cherry tomatoes
- A sprig of rosemary
- Salt and pepper
- A splash of Borges extra-virgin olive oil
- 80 g grated Parmesan cheese
- A few leaves of basil
Step by step
Place the whole garlic cloves, the unpeeled cherry tomatoes and the cubed feta cheese in a baking dish greased with a drizzle of extra-virgin olive oil. Add some rosemary leaves and drizzle a little more extra-virgin olive oil over the top. Add salt and pepper to taste.
Bake the tomatoes and cheese at 200 ºC for about 20 minutes.
Remove the dish from the oven and chop up the mixture using a knife and fork.
Mix it into the pasta.
Serve topped with grated Parmesan cheese (optional) and garnish with a few basil leaves.
